The bed was very comfortable, the shower head was nice. They managed to check me in early that day and the lady that works the morning/afternoon shift was very very nice. It was good value for money.

The location was great, close to all the shopping malls. The hotel was clean and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The staff were very professional and easy to communicate with. The air conditioning was good. The shower was great. There was an electric hot water kettle for drinking and purified water container outside for our floor. There was an elevator in the hotel. There was no smell of smoke in our room. The Hotel is only 7 minutes from the KL Sentral bus station. All in all a great bargain for the price.
